DragonFli

DragonFli is a frame animation creation tool. DragonFli allows you to combine many still pictures to create a movie.

Features

• Easy to use

  Creating a movie from some pictures can be done in just a few easy clicks, you simply add pictures to the picture list and then press save! If you want more control over your animations, you can use the controls to adjust frame delays, playback rate and more!

• Flexible

  For those that like lower level control, it is also possible to directly edit the project file. The project file is saved as plain text file and can be edited using text editor should you find the program too restrictive for your needs. Once you have finished editing the project file, it can be loaded back into DragonFli to create the animation.

• Create video slideshows

  With just a few clicks of the mouse you can create video slideshows out of your pictures! Just add the pictures, set how long each frame should last and then press 'Save Avi' and you're done!

• Save as either an AVI or FLI file

  This means you can import your creations into other movie applications easily. An example would be creating a stop frame animation with DragonFli, then importing it into Microsoft© Windows Movie Maker to add titles and transitions.

• Works on many platforms

  As this program uses Java, it means that it should run on any computer running the Java Runtime Environment. This means that as well as Microsoft© Windows it should run equally well on Apple© Mac and Linux based computers. Please note that not all systems have been tested.

• 1mb Hard disk space **
• Mouse + Keyboard

* This application was created using Java 6, it may work on lower versions but has not been tested.
** This is how much space the program needs. Storing pictures and movie files will require more hard disk space. Large movie projects will result in large files.

DragonFli will probably work on lower spec machines as its requirement are minimal but is known to work on the above configuration.
